Floating Twitter Badge For Blogger

Twitter is a famous Social Networking Site which promises you lots of traffics and lots of money. So, it is very important for a blog to have followers to visit their site. Getting followers is not an easy task to do. And in this post I'll teach you one of the strongest method to earn followers in twitter.

Floating Twitter badges are found in many popular blogs and seem very useful to attract followers. So I'll guide you and provide you some codes that you need to create this badge for your blog.

First, log in to your blogger account. Go to Layout and then to Edit HTML page. Then search for </b:skin> and add these codes just above this:

.followme_r .followme{
background: #59B7FF url(http://i45.tinypic.com/upvdc.png) no-repeat scroll left top;
position: fixed;
top: 150px;
width: 30px;
height: 130px;
z-index: 5555;
cursor: pointer;
right: 0pt;
}
.followme_l .followme{
background: #59B7FF url(http://i45.tinypic.com/upvdc.png) no-repeat scroll right top;
position: fixed;
top: 150px;
width: 30px;
height: 130px;
z-index: 5555;
cursor: pointer;
left: 0pt;
}
.followus_r .followme{
background: #59B7FF url(http://i45.tinypic.com/upvdc.png) no-repeat scroll left top;
position: fixed;
top: 150px;
width: 30px;
height: 130px;
z-index: 5555;
cursor: pointer;
right: 0pt;
}
.followus_l .followme{
background: #59B7FF url(http://i45.tinypic.com/upvdc.png) no-repeat scroll right top;
position: fixed;
top: 150px;
width: 30px;
height: 130px;
z-index: 5555;
cursor: pointer;
left: 0pt;
}

Then you'll just need to do a little work. Now save the work and go to Page Elements and select add a widget and paste these codes there:

Then save your work and the badge will be displayed on your blog.

*Note: Donot forget to replace 'http://twitter.com/bloggossip' with your own twitter account.

If there's anything more you need to know then just drop your comment.

Playstation 3 (PS3) is finally hacked..

The famous teenager George Hotz, who hacked the Apple iPhone, has now claimed that he has hacked PlayStation 3 (PS3) making it more flexible to run all pirated games and even the homemade softwares.

It just took him five weeks to do so but he has not posted the full details about this hack but thinks to do it soon.

PS3 was only the gaming device that was not hacked although it was in the market for three long years. But on an interview with BBC he told,"It's supposed to be unhackable - but nothing is unhackable,"

"I can now do whatever I want with the system. It's like I've got an awesome new power - I'm just not sure how to wield it."

So, its a good news for the PS lovers but as they always say 'Piracy is a Crime !!'. But if you are intersted to see the post of hacking the PS, leave your comment, and I'll do that for you as soon as the details are opened by the hacker himself.

Review on Nexus One, the google phone

Google now finally has released its first Android phone with HTC. Nexus One is an Andriod Google-branded phone and the Nexus One is actually called a stellar smartphone, easily the match of its peers.

Nexus One , quite rightly the superphone, is not just a regular smartphone, its probably the best Andriod phone yet in this planet. However its not that popular as the Apples iPhone but it sure has placed is mark in the market. Although Nexus One has this advanced hardware, making it more advanced in terms of Touchscreen and the Camera, its still can't reach the heights to iPhone because of its annoying qualities. ( source :Techradar.com )

Here are some special featuers of this phone:

Manufacturer : HTC

Display: Large OLED 3.7" (deep contrast and brilliant colors)

Features: Dynamic Noise Suppressions, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, Voice Enabled Keyboard

Price: $529 (uncloked) ; $179 (T-mobile plan)

The phone is available in the United States and can also be shipped to the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Clearly Google has created this phone to rival Apple with its iPhone but it seems as if though the consumers are satisfied with their iPhone as the market clearly told why.

YouTube 'solution' for dail-up users..

Many of us are still stuck with the dial-up internet connection and the worst part is that the internet speed is too slow for some big and popular sites like You Tube. You Tube has been very popular and is used by many peoples around the globe and the user with dail-up connection have not been able to enjoy online videos from You Tube. Well I have already discussed some tricks for faster buffering of You Tube (goto the post) but for the dail-up users there is a special solution and I am sure you'll thanks me for this.

'Movavi Online convert' is a useful site that will convert video clips(3gp is best for the dial-ups) from sites like You Tube 'on-the-fly' to a file that is faster to be downloaded in dial-up connection. Its faster and its better for the dial-up users and so they will be able to enjoy the You Tube videos online. And the best part is 'its absolutely free' and has no softwares to be installed now any ads to bother. One thing you have to remember is , you can only add 5 files up to 10 min each and 100 Mb total size.

Its pretty easy to work with the site, go there and you yourself can figure-out the way to convert and download the file but if you still want the tutorial just comment below the post and i'll do that for you.

YouTube is easier and quicker

YouTube yet again gets a video makeover with streamlined video page, simplified ratings and better sizing. It announced its new look and says, "We're excited to unveil the first major example of our efforts to simplify and streamline the video page to offer the best possible watching experience,"
"To check out this new look all you have to do is opt-in. To revert back to the old video page, use the opt-out link at the top of the new video page."

"We'll be making the opt-in more easily accessible soon, but we wanted to give our most passionate users a chance to experiment with it early."

YouTube has considered the change for its better look (better sized videos) and faster playback. YouTube has always been popular and with this additional changes its popularity always seems to grow. Google understands 'YouTube' had problems and with these changes it seems to reduce them. I guess its better thinking.

Some Of The Best Features Added:

1. New video quality and player sizing controls and better functionality

2. Simplified ratings

3. Streamlined look

4. Search results within the page

5. Cleaned up actions bar

One of them is WeTransfer. WeTransfer(beta) is a site that we can use to share large files. It very simple and easy to share file to everyone with WeTransfer.

The best part is, it is absolutely free and everyone can share files upto 2 GB with no registration. You just have to pick your file, enter your email address and that of the recipients and write your message and upload it.
After you have uploaded/transferred the file it will be stored in the sever to 2 weeks. And the recipients should get there file within that period.

The Era for Privacy is Over - says the founder of Facebook

Social Networking Sites today have become very much close to the internet users and they are very much popular too. The social networking site like Facebook and Twitter has already shown us how.

Facebook's founder Mark Zuckerberg (speaking at TechCrunch's 'Crunchie' awards in San Francisco), said 'the growth of social networking over the last decade means that people no longer have an expectation of privacy.' (source: techradar) He also added that the privacy was no longer a 'social norm' and said people have become much comfortable sharing their information more openly and with more people. And what (privacy) used to a 'social norm' has now became a thing of past as the people has become more and more social even with their private matters.

Zuckerberg said, "When I got started in my dorm room at Harvard, the question a lot of people asked was, 'why would I want to put any information on the internet at all?'
"Then in the last 5 or 6 years, blogging has taken off in a huge way, and just all these different services that have people sharing all this information."

Techradar also mentioned that ,'By no coincidence at all, Facebook has recently changed the privacy settings of its 350 million users.' ,which is truly a major step especially regarding our privacy and what Zuckerberg wants to say is, "Doing a privacy change for 350 million users is not the kind of thing that a lot of companies would do. But we viewed that as a really important thing, to always keep a beginner's mind and what would we do if we were starting the company now and we decided that these would be the social norms now and we just went for it."
